Jeffrey S. Saradar, Associate Attorney

Handling civil and criminal litigation in Northern VA

Mr. Saradar opened his own practice straight out of law school, which he ran as a solo practitioner for six years before joining the Leiser team.

He has handled a variety of civil and criminal litigation, including a number of jury trials, divorces, custody disputes, personal injury, landlord/tenant, and criminal defense, and has appeared in numerous state and federal courts, as well as on appeals to the Virginia Supreme Court and Virginia Court of Appeals.  Early in his career he served as a Court Appointed Attorney for indigent criminal defendants in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Over the years his primary focus has shifted and he has handled complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases, developing a passion and skill for jury trials, and in divorce cases he has plenty of experience litigating over complicated and high value estates, as well as emotional and volatile custody cases.

With background in law dating back since high school and college legal clerkships, Jeff is proud to say his favorite mentors not only sought to provide excellent legal service, but took great personal rewards in helping people.
