OUR HISTORY: Founded in 2000, the law firm of Leiser, Leiser & Hennessy, PLLC has grown to a practice consisting of seven attorneys and five staff members dedicated to helping clients solve their legal problems.  Phillip B. Leiser, Esq., the owner of the firm, began his practice giving special attention to the rights of crime victims – standing up for those who have been victimized, by pursuing civil claims on their behalf in the Virginia courts. Joined by six other skilled attorneys with diverse legal experience, Leiser, Leiser & Hennessy, PLLC has a thriving practice in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice, Employment Law, Criminal & Traffic Defense, Appellate Practice, Consumer & Contract Law, Business Litigation, Expungements, Wills and Estates, and a wide variety of other civil litigation.
WHERE WE PRACTICE:LLH has attorneys who are licensed in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Florida. Our office is conveniently located in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, and we routinely represent clients in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth and Washington D.C., as well as administrative agencies such as the Virginia Employment Commission, the Department of Health Professions, and local school boards.
OFFICE HOURS: We are open seven days a week and offer evening and weekend appointments in addition to weekday consultations. Our regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. In the rare instance that we miss your call, please leave a message and someone will return your call promptly, usually within five minutes. All consultations are done by appointment only. We accommodate callers as quickly as possible and can usually meet with you the same day or the next day. We also offer consultations by telephone for your convenience.
OUR FOCUS is on providing first rate legal services in all areas of our practice. We provide a full-service law firm. Our attorneys are as capable of advising you concerning a business contract as we are at winning you custody of your children. While some firms choose to concentrate in just one area, our attorneys are experienced enough to have become highly knowledgeable in many different types of law. This benefits our clients because many areas of the law intersect. Our attorneys can serve your varying legal needs while navigating the murky gray areas of the law with confidence and ease.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: Your legal problems matter to us. No one wants to find himself or herself in the position of needing a lawyer, but our experienced attorneys can assess your situation, advise you about your legal rights, and recommend a course of action to pursue your claim or defense during the course of an initial consultation. We believe communication is key. You will be kept regularly apprised of the status of your case and our policy is to return client calls the same day whenever possible and no later than the next business day.
